Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement take 3 capsules after morning meal and 2 capsules after mid-day meal along with 16 oz. of water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Do not exceed suggested dosage.

Directions For Use:
Colopril
Colopril is used first. It is a colon cleanser and detoxifier. Simply take one capsule in the morning before breakfast and one capsule before lunch. Take it about 30 minutes before eating along with 8 oz. of water. If you need to increase dosage, you can increase up to either two or three capsules twice per day. Colopril is used for 15 days consecutively and then stopped. If you feel you need to use it again, wait at least 4 weeks before doing so. A colon cleanser like Colopril should be used three – four times per year.
Phenocal
Phenocal is started immediately after you finish Colopril. It is a weight loss supplement and will help to burn fat and create energy. Take 3 capsules two times per day; take 3 capsules thirty minutes before breakfast and 3 capsules thirty minutes before lunch. Phenocal can be used for as long as desired. Even after you reach your ideal weight, it can be used to maintain energy.
Expelis
Expelis is a natural diuretic designed to eliminate excess water, getting rid of that bloated feeling. It is very safe and will not dehydrate as it gets rid of unused water under the skin. It actually helps to keep water inside cells, which is what you want. It is used for a 10 day period and can be taken with Phenocal. Take 3 capsules after breakfast and 3 capsules after lunch. Drink with 16 oz. of water. Also, drink at least eight glasses of water (8 oz.) per day. Ironically, the more water you drink, the less you will retain.

Taraxacum Officinale (Dandelion) might also have diuretic activity

Buchu Leaf Extract
